Job Description

Administrator Spider is advertising for an on behalf of a company who is a leading international placement agency, specialising in placing teachers, nannies, governesses and private staff globally. Delivering excellent service to each client, candidate, and placement. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as an Administrator as they look to expand their busy and existing team on a full-time basis. 

As the Administrator, you will be working with their candidate management system, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to manage applications, process registrations, interview candidates, and carry out pre-placement checks ensuring candidates are fully compliant before starting in a new role with them. 

Administrator Duties 

  • Successfully manage emails and build a positive relationship with candidates
  • Processing data/documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel and international software
  • Communicating with clients and answering queries via the telephone
  • Using databases to match registered candidates to new vacancies
  • Conducting Interviews with candidates using Zoom
  • Obtaining Reference’s and DBS checks
  • Working with our team of consultants to ensure successful placements are made
  • Advertising vacancies through various job boards and social media 

As the Administrator you will be required to have excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude. You will have a keen desire to work in a friendly team environment. You will be creative, be willing to bring ideas to the company as well as be able to work towards targets and to meet deadlines. Knowledge of the industry and/or recruitment desirable but not essential. 

The role is home-based, working in their virtual office. You will be required to be in head office, Suffolk, a minimum of 4 days a month. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm. Salary is starting from £19,000 - £22,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications) with holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum (including bank holidays).

Face to face training will be provided in Suffolk and therefore it is essential you have your own transport or access to public transport. The nearest train station is Saxmundham, Suffolk.
