Job Description

Sales and Logistics Administrator - Situated near Woodbridge in rural Suffolk, Stokes Sauces manufacture a range of quality Sauces, Mayonnaises, Condiments and Preserves. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Logistics Administrator to join a growing business providing a range of support functions, on a Full Time or Part Time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Stokes Sauces within the Business Support department.  We will consider part time working (16-30hrs) as a job share, or full-time hours (40 hrs). 

The key function of this varied Sales and Logistics Administrator role is to provide administration support in processing orders via email/customer portals, coordinating the logistics of managing the smooth despatch of orders and the associated paperwork, as well as providing excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities will be structured around regular duties and deadlines, however, in this fast-paced environment, the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise the workload is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Order entry and despatch management including customer and logistic portals
  • Liaising with internal and external customers regarding order fulfilment
  • Manage documentation for Export customers
  • Processing consignment stock in remote warehouse
  • Customer service including acknowledgement and resolving customer complaints

Ideal Candidate attributes: 

  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • Good communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Well organised and responds well to working within a busy and often fast-paced environment
  • Team player who is enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude 

On offer is a salary of £22000 -£24000 per annum (pro rata for part time) dependent on experience along with 22 days holiday plus bank holiday, pension, life insurance and your Birthday off as an additional day’s holiday. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am- 5pm
