Business Administrator – MENTA has a great opportunity for a dynamic and community driven Business Administrator to join them as the figure head and ‘face’ of their new co working space, @INC, which has recently been developed in the heart of Bury St Edmunds.
The Business Administrator will be instrumental in supporting the small business and coworking community. Working closely with the CEO, Marketing Manager and Property Manager the Business Administrator will ensure a high level of customer service, administrative support, and experience for members.
The is an exciting, varied, and fast-paced role with opportunities for growth and progression. The Business Administrator key duties will include:
- Developing community initiatives including events, blogs, and newsletters to create connections between members.
- Engaging with new members to raise awareness of facilities, carry out tours, inductions, and events.
- Ensuring all aspects of the building are fully operational, quickly resolving any issues.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure a good balance of educational, member related, and lead generation and sales related events.
As the Business Administrator, you will be a self-starter who can demonstrate ownership and proactivity. Experience of business development and event management is desirable, but it is essential you have excellent organisation and administration skills as well as being a strong communicator.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Your working hours will be 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week. In return we are offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience).
