Business Development Manager – Our client we are advertising on behalf of is a team of experienced professionals from the financial services and legal sectors. They are an intermediary-focused conveyancing service, which offers exceptional professional legal services & customer care. They are looking to employ a Business Development Manager to join their growing team to work in the Birmingham and West Midlands regions, supporting their Area Director.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a basic salary plus uncapped commission and a very generous OTE. They will provide you with full sales training and support, a progressive incentive plan, and career prospects.
Key Duties Include:
- Generating & developing your own sales contacts within the geographical area
- Responsibility for achieving and exceeding your sales targets
- Experience in either financial or legal services desirable, but not essential
- A proven track record in new business field sales is essential
Ideally, you will come from a BDM background and have engaged with Mortgage Intermediaries or come from a legal or financial background, however full training will be provided. You will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, hard-working, and able hunt out and develop new business as well as providing exceptional levels of customer service, which is the corner stone of the business.
This role requires a UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
