What a different and exciting position this is. You will be joining a young company (3.5 years old) as their second Business Development Manager. The firm are specialists in Facilities Management and are looking to grow their security offering by bringing on new clients and projects. The company have an excellent presence in East Anglia, but you will be able to look for new projects on a national basis. The services you will be developing will be Events Security, Key Handling and Response, Manned Patrols and Guarding of building sites, industrial parks, retail parks and the like. You will also take over high level management of current clients and look to increase revenue here wherever possible.

What we’re looking for:
You must have a strong business development background for this position. Although experience in the security field is not essential, you will need to have some experience within the service or facilities management industry. You will be capable of securing the quick wins as well as working to secure larger contracts with big companies and feel happy in tendering for business and nurturing those relationships.
