We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager working for a B2B company. You will be working with over 200 Estate agents, providing them with instruction Generation tools, resulting in thousands of instructions every year. You will be involved in helping them sell property using their Auction Market place. The company are currently one of the fastest growing sectors in UK Estate agencies and are offering the role of Business Development Manager to join a Fast-growing Tech start up within the UK Property Market.

what we’re looking for.

The ideal candidate will be able to build a Portfolio of Estate Agents using our services. Knowledge of Estate Agent Sector is a must. The Ability to Business Develop & conduct meetings face to face and over zoom generally it will be 50/50. The ability to Build relationships and coach Estate agents in helping them increase revenue by providing tools to gain new instructions and set up their own Auction department. It is essential that you have a high standard of IT literacy, excellent communication skills both on the Phone and Face to Face. The company are ideally looking for someone with existing property knowledge/ who has worked or working in an Estate Agency (2 years Estate Agency Sales Experience).
