Job Description

An amazing new opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join a very well established and growing company as their first Commercial Contracts Administrator.  In this role you will have the chance to be involved with all departments within the company along with lots of client contact too.

You will be responsible for the administration of new business, from sending out initial quotes to on-boarding new clients and ensuring that all documentation is correct and approved.  The company provides facilities management services to large organisations and as such it is key that you have a methodical and organised approach to you work.  As the Commercial Contracts Administrator the ability to log and track each stage of the contract fulfillment and the confidence to flag up anything that you feel needs further attention is a must in this role.  This is a really lovely and fast paced environment, a place where things change daily.  You will be working with a busy and friendly team and have the opportunity to learn and grow within the business.

Daily tasks in this position will be:-

Drafting and renewing commercial agreements
Tracking ad monitoring the progress of contracts
Liaising with clients and other internal departments
Running reports for management
Support to management in providing accurate and up to date information
Assisting the sales team with administration support for business development

To be successful in this role you will have excellent IT skills, the ability to speak to customers and colleagues confidently  as well as the ability to proioritise your own workload.
