Contract Co-ordinator – Are you looking for a career in logistics? Can you develop good relationships with customers and suppliers? Your role:

As Contract Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day to day running of their customer’s contract.  You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for their customers.

Other key responsibilities for Contract Co-ordinator:


  • Provide inductions for visiting drivers and chaperone drivers through the loading process.
  • Raise and manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes and liaising with other departments to achieve optimum service.
  • Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way.
  • Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.
  • Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs.
  • Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager, as well as liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer.

About you:

You will have previous experience of working in a customer focussed operational role. You will have excellent customer service with the ability to develop and maintain a good working relationships, so essential to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage a workload, with an eye for detail. Good numeracy skills and knowledge of IT systems is required. You will have H&S knowledge and awareness and possess a current driving licence. H&S knowledge and awareness.
