Customer Operations and Logistics Coordinator - Ready to embark on a new career challenge at a specialist food and wine importer? This is a full-time, office-based position based in Bermondsey, Southwark, London as a Customer Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

About the role:

This role is perfect for a recent graduate ready to dive into a thriving industry or someone with experience looking to take the next exciting step in their career. You will be integral to our mission of delivering the best Greek produce to the UK market. This role is onsite and working from home will be by exception only.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the crucial point of contact between customers and the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
  • Provide exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers.
  • Handle wholesale customer onboarding, coordinate order processing, and manage daily enquiries.
  • Manage invoicing and assist with statements and control credit.
  • Assist warehouse with inventory management.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiencies across our operations.

  • An excellent communicator, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
  • You have an eagle eye for detail and a consistent approach to your work.
  • Always professional and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially savvy, you understand the business implications of your decisions.
  • You are interested in our products and are keen to develop a knowledge of them.
  • Eager to grow with the role and the business and to get involved in all aspects of this role.
