Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Spider is advertising on behalf of a conveyancing comparison service, which offers exceptional professional legal services & customer care.  They are looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team to work in the North East region:  Newcastle, Gateshead areas.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include providing administrative duties within their busy office. You will be working closely with the management and business development teams. You will be communicating with their clients and suppliers on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Enjoy working in a busy, but friendly office.
  • A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

This Customer Service Advisor position is a Full-Time position.   On offer is a salary of £16,000- £18,000 per annum (depending on experience).
