Customer Service Coordinator (Showroom) – Spider is advertising on behalf of a Designer Home Heating & Interiors company in Suffolk. The company have a vast range of designer and bespoke radiators and uniquely combine the heating element of their business with all things interior, including custom made cabinetry and exclusively designed bathrooms and kitchens.
The company has over forty years’ experience in the industry and believe the key to their success is the passion of the design and installation team and support functions, who ensure that customers have a first-rate experience at each stage of their journey.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional Customer Service experience to join their showroom team in Hadleigh, Suffolk.

As the successful Customer Service Coordinator (Showroom) you will co-ordinate the day to day running of the showroom and company website. You will co-ordinate all incoming enquiries for the company, customer enquiries and deal with processing quotations for customers, sales invoices, online sales, website development and supplier purchase orders. You will deal the collection & delivery of products and provide support the projects & design team.
Other key duties for this role will include:
- Developing the showroom to ensure that targets are exceeded and ensuring that professional behaviours are always displayed.
- Ensuring showroom is kept in pristine order, monitoring stock and displays, ordering and managing a high value stock inventory and co-ordinating deliveries and collections to and from the showroom and suppliers.
- Support with all elements of project management as required and to work directly with the Project Designers as applicable.
If you are confident individual, have exceptional communication and administrative skills with experience of customer interfacing this could be the next role for you! As part of this role, you need previous experience raising invoices and purchase orders. They need someone who is commercially minded, who will be a strong team player, who is has an eye for design and a passion for interiors. You will be proactive with ideas that will generate new business and the ability to work independently.
This is a full-time role working in the showroom from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Tuesday – Friday, Saturday hours to be agreed. On offer is a salary of £21,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
