Job Description

The Role:

You will be coming into this new position to manage a team of 4 established Customer Service Executives.  The company are going through a period of growth and are looking for an experienced Manager to bring in best practices and improve the teams performance through bringing in new initiatives and procedures and building a proactive and cohesive team.  This is a family business where the customer comes first and they wish to provide a first glass customer experience through everything they do.

We are looking for candidates with proven managerial experience within a customer service environment, someone who can look at systems and procedures and implement improvements to help the team turn from being reactive to proactive.  This is a lovely all round role with some progression opportunities.
