Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager– Cosy Aromas specialise in the home fragrance market, producing and selling products such as candles and wax melts to homes throughout the country. We have experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and are now looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join us in Ipswich, Suffolk.


Wired Retail Group Ltd is the owner of Cosy Aromas and Craft HQ, there are other brands we will develop and launch over the coming months/years too.  As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be data-driven, who has proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimising successful social media and Google Ads campaigns. You will be working in our marketing team and alongside our Managing Director to help grow our brands. We rely heavily on social media advertising so you will need to keep a very close eye on our ROI to ensure this is constantly optimised, you will be responsible for managing our paid media spend of £30,000-£40,000 per month. You will need to love working with data as we need to fully understand all of our target demographics, their shopping behaviours and preferred products in order for us to retarget them and other similar people.


Other key duties will include:

  •  You will need to plan and optimise paid social campaigns for our brand as well as ensuring all campaigns are up and optimised according to brief and best practice guidelines.
  • Work with the other teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible - this is key!
  • Analyse activity and performance of all paid campaigns and report findings back to management. You will manage large and small budgets effectively.


You will need to be obsessed with Facebook and Google ads and embrace the constant change and best practises of the platform. You need to be ahead of the game to ensure our campaigns are always performing at their very best. You will also need to understand how to manage data and prepare marketing list for email campaigns. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the SEO of our websites.


For this Digital Marketing Manager, role, you will ideally need 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar role with a proven track record in driving successful paid social media campaigns. You will have a very good creative eye who can unlock data and understand what types of campaigns will help generate the best ROI. You will have a good working knowledge of Google Analytics and a strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads. Facebook Ads Certification is a bonus but not essential.


In return, you will receive a salary of £20,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and a healthy holiday allowance. You will be part of a very small team, and a company with big ambitions.
