This is a wonderful position to join a not for profit company as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this is a full and varied position with general duties as below:
Diary management and administration assistance to the CEO including the organisation of meetings and maintaining confidential documents
Providing support with the prioritisation of workload and the filtering of requests as appropriate
Some secretarial and administration support to the Board of Trustees and Directors
Management of Directors diaries
Organising and minute taking at Committee meetings
Organisation of travel and arrangements for external conferences
Supporting administration volunteers
Supporting the CEO in monitoring governance and risk management systems
Maintaining policy files
You must have experience of working in a similar position at board level as well as experience in the coordination of high level meetings, managing changing demands and of course excellent IT skills are also required.
The position is based both in the office when required but the team are mainly home working at the moment, so flexibility will be required and the ability to build relationships and manage demands whilst not always being face to face.
