As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for offering guidance & support to employees, managing the onboarding process for all new starters including generating the offers, pre-employment references & security checks, Day 1 HR inductions. You will be monitoring the HR inbox responding to internal & external queries providing information where applicable or escalating as necessary. The role of HR Administrator involves recording information onto the dashboard for headcount, retention, sickness etc. You will work closely with Finance for the company’s payroll process. The HR Administer will ensure all contact details & essential information is recorded accurately & is fit for purpose while working positively within the HR team to continuously improve HR processes to be efficient, compliant with data retention guidance.
