Your role:
You will provide first-line IT assistance across their European sites, ensuring over 500 users experience seamless, innovative IT solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving a range of hardware and software issues, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour. Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely support through phone, email, and live chat.
- Record and track customer interactions in our ticketing system
- Resolve common technical problems such as login issues, network connectivity, and software errors.
- Work closely with second and third-line support teams for complex issue resolution.
- Handle password resets, account setups, and permission changes.
- Maintain and update support documentation for common issue resolution.
About you:
You are a dedicated IT professional with proven experience in IT support and customer service, ideally with over a year in a similar role. You possess strong communication skills, basic IT knowledge (operating systems, Office 365, networking), and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused attitude, multitasking skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
