Job Description

Learning and Development Manager – Spider is advertising on behalf of an ambitious leading Disability Charity based in the East of England delivering a range of services to their customers including Housing, Employment, Care and Day Services. They are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join them on a fixed-term basis (6-12 months), hybrid working, in Cambridgeshire. 

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will undertake a comprehensive mandatory training review for the organisation, establishing mandatory training requirements for every role. You will be working with the Director of People & Culture to develop and embed career development paths for key roles, an attractive qualification offering as well as developing and delivering a forward-thinking leadership development programme for existing and aspiring managers. You will also develop meaningful and inspiring induction and talent management programmes for all areas of the organisation. 

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will have significant experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of a range of learning programmes, using blended learning approaches. You will ideally have designed a range of training and development programmes for roles within a regulatory environment – e.g., Housing, Health & Social Care. You will have up to date knowledge of effective approaches to learning and development and experience in organisational training needs analysis. 

A range of flexible working patterns is available for this Learning and Development role. This is a fixed- term contract (6-12 months). On offer is a salary of £37,500 per annum (pro-rata).
