Job Description

Credit Office Assistant - Spider is advertising on behalf of a national highly respected electrical wholesaler for a Credit Office Assistant to join their team in Bristol. 

They are looking to recruit a well-organised, friendly, and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our credit office team in Kingswood, Bristol. 

As the Credit Office Assistant, you will be required to carry out a wide range of duties, including general office admin, greeting visitors, and answering the telephone, filing, and all other duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of this busy office. 

The Credit Office Assistant will have fantastic communication skills, excellent time keeping, good attention to detail and experience using Microsoft packages. You will have the ability to learn new skills and easily adapt to change. You will have the ability to identify, implement and improve on processes and procedures and be fantastic at multitasking. Administration or Office experience is not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate. 

 This is a full-time position offering a salary of £18,000-£20,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
