We have a newly created opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Advertising Division, under the Kickstart Scheme.

As the Sales Administrator, you will join a growing division and support the sales team in managing the Online Job Advertising process. You will play an important part in effectively contributing to the achievement of the sales and service targets, providing a high level of support to the sales team and customers. 

As the Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing and managing data within CRM and excel spreadsheets
  • Writing adverts for client approval
  • Posting jobs
  • Ensuring accurate and timely process steps taken to meet high levels of customer services.
  • Where required supporting other areas of the business. 

The successful Sales Administrator will be competent in using Microsoft packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel and have some experience of working in an office environment. Have an outgoing personality, resilience, confidence in using the phone and demonstrate attention to detail.  An excellent communicator as you will be liaising with sales team and clients. Hold English and Maths, minimum of grade C/4 or above

This Sales Administrator position is initially a part-time position, working minimum of 25 hours per week, with potential to go full-time under the Kickstart Scheme and is only open to eligible candidates who are referred by their Jobcentre Work Coaches.
