Customer Service Manager-  Ready to start on an opportunity for a fast-growing UK circuit protection company? They are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated Customer Service Manager  to manage a team of 2, in a fast-paced sales office based in Kilmarnock, Scotland. 

Established in 2017, they are a fast-growing UK circuit protection company with an ambition to become number one in the UK market. They have been recently acquired by the LED Group, which provides huge opportunity for the business to continue its impressive growth trajectory while maintaining the same structures and team that have been in place for the last number of years.

About the role:

The Customer Service Manager position is to lead and oversee the daily operations of a dynamic sales office team; coordinate internal sales procedures to drive achievement of company sales goals. Monitor and enhance the high-performing sales team performance to align with business goals and maintain a consistent approach to all sales activities.

  • Accurate entry of orders in SAGE system, including order acknowledgements and resolution of customer issues.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email communications and manage sales office mailbox.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for problem-solving and timely results delivery.
  • Uphold company procedures and processes consistently.
  • Have inspirational leadership, mentoring, and coaching to achieve goals, following a structured performance review process.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are 8-4.30 Monday to Thursday, 8-3.30 Friday with overtime depending on the needs of the business.

About you:

You will need previous experience as an Office Manager and managing a sales team. Previous SAGE experience is desired, it is not essential for this role as training will be provided. You will possess strong time-management skills, be able to adapt at multitasking, proficient in office applications, have a drive for learning new software, and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive company information. Attention to detail and excellent team interaction skills are essential for this position.
