Sales Support Coordinator- Spider is advertising on behalf of a highly successful growing technology business based in the City of London specialising in duty of care tools for organisations and are embarking on an exciting roadmap to take a product to launch. They are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who is BSc/BA qualified in business administration or holds equivalent professional experience in sales support, order management, supply chain, procurement and/or sales administration to support their Commercial Team.
This role will cover full administrative support, acting as an important link for sales and account management functions throughout the sales lifecycle, across both pre-sale and post-sale activities. It will see you aiding with the pre-sales proposals and demonstration materials, order processing, contract renewals, customer support, shipping and logistics, and the collection and reporting of data to support the wider Commercial Team. In addition to helping to replace their existing platform by migrating the company’s current customers to the newly designed alternative.
The preferred candidate would fit the following descriptions:
- Ensuring the CRM is updated in an accurate and timely manner that captures all customer account engagement and transactions. Providing necessary data or reports from the CRM to support full sales cycle management and post-sale support.
- Working with the accounts department and raising stock invoices to clients as required.
- Answer incoming calls to support sales, account management, customer success and other internal customer support functions.

This position of Sales Support Coordinator is a Full- Time position. Working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of (depending on experience). Other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Company sick pay. You will work in a great office working environment with an open plan office, sitting close to your team members in the heart of London. With 3 days spent working from the office and 2 days working from home each week. You will also work closely with our team in our Dubai office with opportunities to visit for deeper collaboration.
If you have relevant, demonstrable experience gained in a similar sales support role, have proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative position. You will need relevant, demonstrable experience dealing with shipping and logistics activity as well as experience of CRM and procurement system administration. Other desirable skills will be purchasing/sales order processing experience and knowledge of a tech SaaS environment.
