This is an exciting new position to join a very busy team in their stores department supporting the Technical, Quality and Health & Safety Teams. The administration part of the position will consist of printing new orders daily ready for processing. Entering orders into systems, entering tracking information into the website, keeping a daily despatch log and other associated tasks such as scanning and filing etc.
You will also have contact with customers answering any queries by phone or email and taking card payments over the phone when required.
On the stores side you will be placing orders for stock replenishment, liaising with logistics to move stock around locations and updating the company website with stock volumes and new products. There will also be some packing duties required and assistance in the annual stock take.
