Support Worker (Waking Nights) – We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to work across two of our busy supported living services in Hawlinge, near Folkestone, Kent.
What would you be doing?
As the Support Worker (Waking Nights), you will have the opportunity to work as part of a fantastically passionate and dedicated team supporting people with a variety of disabilities including autism, epilepsy, dementia and acquired brain injury.

- Standard support worker duties
- Providing active support
- Personal care
- Accompanying the people, we support to leisure activities and into the community
- Assisting with nighttime routines
To be a successful Support Worker you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
This Support Worker role is a permanent, full time role working evenings and weekend work, so flexibility is desirable. On offer is a competitive salary of £8.91 per hour.
