Job Description

The Role: 

You will be working within a busy administration department, this is a small but dynamic team to constantly look to improve processes and procedures to support both customers and colleagues.  You will provide secretarial and administration support to a team of 7 Technical Sales Managers who are based remotely around the UK.  The sales managers look after their customers and projects from the design phases of their projects through to completion. 

Work will include preparing and issuing correspondence/reports/price quotations and other general communications.

You will liaise with clients on behalf of the Sales Managers when needed and supply any information required by them.

Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Assisting with the upkeep of the companies CRM system (Salesforce).

Assisting with meeting arrangements, attending client events and booking travel / accommodation (when safe to do so).

Process and record annual leave requests for your team.

Assist other admin team members when required.

Excellent secretarial skills and good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.   Being able to take notes/dictation over the phone would be ideal too.  We need someone who is willing and solutions focussed, someone who is customer and colleague focussed and willing to drive improvements where needed.
