This is an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Manager to create and develop a team. You will be responsible for recruiting and training a telesales team. You will provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous development, set targets and keep track of the KPI’s. The role involves managing and motivating the team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintaining relationships with existing customers and sourcing new business opportunities through targeted campaigns.
