We have a newly created opportunity, and we are now looking for a Trainee Business Development Executive to join our Advertising Division, under the Kickstart Scheme.
As the Trainee Business Development Executive, you will join a growing division and be guided and coached on the skills need to do B2B sales. You will be working across different sectors, calling potential clients to identify recruitment needs and develop new business leads. You will gain a good understanding of sales processes as well as the recruitment sector.
Your day-to-day role will be:
- Calling potential clients to establish key contacts and recruitment needs, creating sales opportunities, approx, 80% of the time.
- Updating and data cleansing of information within CRM system, collating information/ data to support telesales activities, approx 20% of the time.
- Where required supporting other areas of the business.
You will have prior experience of working in an office/ front of house or sales role, with experience of using Microsoft office packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel. Hold English and Maths, minimum of grade C/4 or above. Have an outgoing personality, resilience, confidence in using the phone, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and enthusiasm with a passion for working within a sales environment are all essential for this role.
This Trainee Business Development Executive position is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours, under the Kickstart Scheme, and is only open to eligible candidates who are referred by their Jobcentre Work Coaches.
