Job Description

Training Administrator – Spider is advertising on behalf of a highly established training provider who deliver quality training for a variety of railway professions. They have been delivering training since 1994, ensuring that delegates are taught to the highest possible standard to competently apply their training to their work environment. 

They have had an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Training Administrator. The position will be in the Colchester Head Office.  

As the Training Administrator, you will act as first point of contact for internal and external customers. 

Key job duties will include: 

Provide a full range of administrative support including: -

  • Booking of hotel accommodation
  • Arranging transportation
  • Organising lunches for training events
  • Production of work packs
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Enter data and maintain the in-house databases
  • Ordering of all office equipment and stationary
  • Covering Reception duties as and when required 

You will have a self-driven, customer orientated attitude with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and compliance. You will possess fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly. You will have excellent time management skills as well as the ability to work to deadlines and meet team targets. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel. 

Applicants to the Training Administrator role will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, be quick to learn and be able to multitask while working at pace. Our client is looking for a first-rate communicator; someone who will be actively working with their clients and customer’s day to day.
