As the Wedding and Events Manager, you will have full responsibility for the running of this beautiful hall surrounded by acres of gardens and parkland. In this hospitality role you will work intimately with the bridal / events / filming party to ensure a smooth running of the day, evening and overnight functions. Ensuring that the clients expectations are exceeded. You will need to be a successful salesperson to continue to keep the dairy as full as the next two years are already. Guests and staff will be your passion leading your team by example keeping them involved, motivated and supported. The Wedding and Events Manager will manage all marketing, advertising, social media and PR for the venue.

This is a full-time role operating over weekends and bank holidays which will be shared with Weddings and Event Assistant. In addition to the bonus scheme there are 25 days holiday not including bank holidays. Relevant training will be offered where necessary.

The role requires enthusiasm, confidence, flexibility with an eye for detail and fantastic people skills. You will have a willingness to go the extra mile to create memorable experiences for others. A competence in IT and Excel with an understanding of the financial reports of the income and expenditure of the venue is essential.
